Make 8 minutes of sleep to seem 8 hours!

1. Drink Energy!

Your body is dehydrated by alcohol and exhausted from insomnia. Follow the advice for energy in minutes!

Tea with....bubbles

Need * 2 tablespoons green tea powder * 1 1 / 2 cup apple juice * 1 1 / 2 cup sparkling water * a few ice cubes
